 Holly Bianca Goldberg Holly Bianca Goldberg, founder of Birthing from Center, is a specialist in holistic exercise for women’s reproductive heath. She has taught thousands of men and women throughout the United States at renowned healing centers such as The Naropa Institute and Omega Institute. Holly is a Prenatal T’ai Chi and Yoga Instructor, Dona certified Doula, Childbirth Educator, Reiki Master and Spiritual Counselor. Her work with pregnancy and T’ai Chi is frequently featured on television and in newspapers. Holly believes that through education we can empower ourselves to make decisions that are in alignment with our truth and center. Her goal is to touch the soul and remind us that we have a choice.
